Cardinal Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a fully remote role to support pharmacy operations across multiple queues. You will accurately process prescriptions, assist with insurance claims, and deliver high-quality patient service while maintaining privacy.

The role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and collaboration with pharmacists in a remote setting. Prior retail pharmacy experience and Florida license are preferred.

Qualificações

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across queues.
• Ability to work independently in remote environment with team communication.
• Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA procedures.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process prescription information accurately.
• Process insurance claims and troubleshoot denials.
• Support prior authorization workflows with pharmacists and patients.
• Assist pharmacists with processing, review, and questions.
• Work across multiple pharmacy queues as needed.
• Provide professional, responsive patient service by phone.
