Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll or payroll tax, including handling customer inquiries and tax notices.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team in a customer support or service environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within a customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Research payroll tax notices and communicate clear, accurate resolutions to customers by phone and email.
• Handle escalated customer interactions with professional, timely solutions to complex payroll tax issues.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for the Tax Department and other teams on complex tax questions and customer interactions.
