Job summary

Solstice Consulting Group is hiring a Lead Midstream Field Service Specialist to guide regional field service operations for midstream systems. This hands‑on technical leader will provide field guidance, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day coordination for field technicians, ensuring safe, efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

The role supports installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of dehydration, gas filtration, and related equipment, with remote work options and 50%+

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service or technical experience in industrial/energy services
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems including dehydration, BTEX and midstream/gas processing equipment
• Experience with PLCs, control panels, instrumentation, and low‑voltage electrical systems
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Field Support: lead field resource, support complex jobs and troubleshoot
• Field Technical Operations: lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of midstream systems
• Customer Support: act as field contact for customers, communicate status and recommendations
• Controls & Automation Support: field-level support for PLCs and instrumentation, improve system reliability
• Process Improvement & Field Reporting: complete field reports, identify trends and improvement opportunities
