Job summary

Solstice Consulting Group seeks a Lead Midstream Field Service Specialist to guide regional field operations for dehydration, gas processing, and related systems. This hands-on leader provides field-based troubleshooting, guidance, and day-to-day coordination for technicians to ensure safe, high-quality service.

The role requires 8+ years in oil & gas field service with strong mechanical, electrical, and automation capabilities, plus experience with midstream equipment and customer-facing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field service or technical role in industrial/energy services.
• Supervisory/lead experience is a plus.
• Experience with dehydration, BTEX, midstream/gas processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams, troubleshoot complex jobs and share best practices.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and customer service standards.
• Mentor technicians and support skill development.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of midstream systems.
• Provide PLC, instrumentation, and automation troubleshooting in the field.
• Communicate job status and findings to customers and internal teams.
