Job summary

Ideal candidates will bring a college degree and be prepared to work a 40-hour week with a Monday–Friday schedule; telework eligibility is available. Salary ranges from $106,437 to $146,325 per year.

Qualifications

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
• We recommend choosing an evaluator from NACES or AICE.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload.
• Monitors and reports on the status and progress of work; reviews instructions on priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality.
• Resolves simple, informal complaints of employees and refers others to the supervisor or appropriate management official.
• Prepares action plans and schedules for long-range study, project and task force accomplishment.
