Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, and carries through to completion broad, long-term analytical studies and projects requiring analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive programs.
• Analyzes program functions to discern trends in program delivery.
• Serves as the process analysis expert and develops methods to assess costs and benefits of alternatives.
• Reviews and evaluates operating procedures, workflow, and inter-functional coordination to report progress towards program initiatives.
