Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at a level equivalent to GS-13 in the Federal service.
• Experience conducting analyses, studies, and reviews to evaluate program operations and develop recommendations.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage programs and projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Experience gathering and validating data to support performance measures and reporting.
• Collaborating across units and with stakeholders to coordinate initiatives and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate program operations and develop recommendations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage programs and projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Gather, consolidate, and validate data to support performance measures and leadership briefings.
• Collaborate across business units and with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop, review, and interpret program guidance, SOPs, and related procedures.
