Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with Java/Spring Boot
• 3+ years with OAuth2/OIDC/SAML
• 3+ years designing and operating microservices on AWS (EKS, ALB, SES/SNS, Secrets Manager, ECR)
• 3+ years of Redis (caching, session management)
• 3+ years CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions and Docker/Kubernetes
• 3+ years relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and schema migrations (Liquibase/Flyway)
• 3+ years Agile/Scrum
• 2+ years JWT/JWS/JWE/JWK
• Proven experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily IAM engineering activities
• Design, implement, and maintain IAM technologies with a focus on privacy and audit compliance
• Identify and resolve IAM-related technical issues
• Ensure IAM systems comply with security requirements and industry regulations
• Lead architecture discussions and mentor engineers on IAM best practices
• Stay updated with latest IAM technologies and emerging threats
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate IAM tools and services
• Provide technical leadership and guidance within the IAM domain
