This role offers remote work across the U.S. with in-office days in certain hubs; you will mentor engineers and build reusable platform capabilities to scale AI adoption company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering with deep expertise in full-stack, distributed systems, and scalable architecture design.
• 2+ years with TypeScript and Python for AI agents and orchestration.
• 2+ years delivering LLM-based or generative AI solutions in production.
• 2+ years building cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 1+ years hands-on with LangGraph or LangChain and agentic architectures.
• 1+ years Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• 1+ years using AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude, Copilot).
• 1+ years designing agent-to-agent communication and multi-agent orchestration in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives, focusing on agentic systems and generative AI.
• Design scalable, secure, production-grade AI platforms and LLM-based applications.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Define reference architectures, standards, and best practices for AI platforms.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and modern software practices.
• Build reusable services and platform capabilities to scale AI adoption across teams.
