Job summary

10a Labs is seeking a hands-on leader to run a 24/7 team of Senior and Junior Specialists. As the first hire, you will build the team from the ground up, hiring, onboarding, and establishing processes to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is fully remote within the United States and involves regular shift coverage across day, evening, and overnight periods. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise senior specialists, manage scheduling, and lead interviews and training for new

Qualifications

• 4+ years in law enforcement or related work.
• Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime.
• Investigative experience with violent content or threats.
• Experience supervising shifts or teams.
• Experience building and managing schedules for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's day-to-day operations across all three shifts across day, evening and overnight.
• Cover senior specialist duties on day shift: review and label content, handle edge cases and escalations.
• Build and maintain the team's shift schedule, including PTO, sick coverage, and weekend on-call rotations.
• Stand up the team: conduct final interviews, onboard and train new hires, set up processes.
• Own quality assurance: calibration sessions and address performance issues.
