Qualifications

• 5 years progressively responsible data analytics experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Prior healthcare analytics experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience).
• Preferred certifications: CAP and MapR Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, reporting and data governance for ID/STRAT, attribution, data extracts, population health, predictive modeling and program evaluation.
• Develop analytic frameworks and methodologies to address client questions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data requirements into tools like dashboards and segmentation.
• Communicate findings through presentations and data visualizations to leadership.
