Job summary

Hybrid work model; candidates must be located in the DMV area and be able to spend time at CareFirst locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; if not, 4 extra years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive data analytics experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Master's degree and cloud/data architecture knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics capabilities across the company, enabling self-service insights.
• Interpret analyses and help clients derive meaning.
• Develop and deliver presentations of analytic findings.
• Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods analyses.
• Create analytic frameworks and select methods for deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to design tools and services such as dashboards, models, and decision aids.
