Job summary

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring for the Risk Adjustment team. The role directs data asset development, dashboards, and insights to improve program outcomes through collaboration with clinical, operational, financial and technology partners.

Hybrid work is required, with several days on-site at CareFirst locations in the DMV area.

Qualifications

• Education in CS/IS or related field with optional advanced degree.
• 5 years of progressive data analytics experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience with SAS, Excel, SQL and analytics delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team and develop trusted data assets for the Risk Adjustment program.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analytic frameworks for leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial and tech teams to improve outcomes.
