Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in DoD embedded systems and hardware design (SBC/FPGA/I/O) is essential.
• Proficient with HDI PCBs and complex multi-layer designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of 3U and 6U VPX SBC, FPGA, switch, and I/O cards for high-speed data processing.
• Oversee hardware development from concept through production, including testing and qualification.
• Mentor engineers and guide project execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop technical procedures and design documentation; promote engineering best practices.
