Qualifications

• 1+ year in Appointment Setting or Lead Gen with international clients.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
• Familiar with lead gen software and online marketing channels.
• Experience with CRMs, VoIP, MS Office, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and build positive relationships with customers.
• Source potential leads from social media, referrals, events, and online channels.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to nurture leads into campaigns.
• Maintain a CRM with accurate lead details and statuses.
• Follow up with leads via email, SMS, phone calls.
