SORACOM is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to generate qualified leads and work closely with our Marketing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to develop in a fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, self-driven, and enthusiastic about technology. Responsibilities include generating leads through phone and email and managing interactions in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and possess excellent writing skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to grasp basic technical concepts.
• A good listener with strong communication skills.
• Able to connect via phone and video conferencing.
• Experience working from home is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting.
• Work closely with Marketing team to qualify inbound leads.
• Utilize tools to uncover prospect needs and generate interest.
• Manage lead flow and track qualified leads in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed set monthly goals.
• Collaborate with other Customer Engagement Specialists on campaigns.

Experience with Salesforce
