Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Lead to process FMLA and disability paperwork efficiently while ensuring accuracy and superior customer service. You will interact with management to report concerns and maintain high-quality performance and productivity in a healthcare-focused environment.

The role requires HIPAA/HITECH compliance, data entry accuracy, and training new staff. You will support onboarding, generate reports, and maintain strong relationships with clients and patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in medical records or similar setting; medical terminology knowledge.
• Experience with FMLA and disability form completion preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork per guidelines.
• Communicate with patients and coordinators in a positive, patient-centered manner.
• Process medical record requests with HIPAA/HITECH compliance.
• Data-enter FMLA/disability forms accurately into processing platform.
• Maintain client relationships and provide onboarding support to new employees.
