Qualifications

• Seven years of SAS experience or equivalent model development software with large data problems.
• Experience testing, maintaining, and monitoring models including threshold tuning and scenario testing.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven management ability and project leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics and data strategy.
• Develop and supervise monitoring, performance reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify model, process, or technology changes to improve operations and controls.
• Deliver accurate analytics and data insights for key decision-making.
• Foster data quality and data management practices within Financial Crimes.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to meet objectives.
• Provide materials for reviewers and address issues from reviews.
• Ensure procedures and documentation follow enterprise standards.
