Truist is seeking a senior leader to run the Financial Crimes model analytics function, overseeing data strategy and quality across the program. You will guide a team responsible for building and monitoring models, delivering actionable analytics, and partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise.

You will shape processes for reporting, testing, and governance, ensuring robust controls while adapting to evolving regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.
• Seven years of SAS experience (or similar) with large data problems and statistical procedures.
• Proven management ability with experience leading projects and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy.
• Develop and supervise monitoring, reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify model, process, and technology improvements to drive efficient operations and strong controls.
• Ensure delivery of accurate analytics, reporting, or data insights for decision-making.
• Promote data quality and data management best practices within Financial Crimes.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Support responses to internal/external reviews and manage issues as needed.
• Document and maintain team procedures in line with enterprise standards.
