Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and metrics; translate findings into insights.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
