Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel with data synthesis from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning aligned to partner revenue streams.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics; translate into insights.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Partner cross‑functionally with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams.
• Support monthly close processes and reporting with accuracy and clarity.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Produce executive‑ready reporting and presentations with clear recommendations.
• Lead and support special projects on operational excellence and partner strategy.
• Continuously enhance reporting tools and analytical frameworks.
