Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to support the financial and strategic direction of a partner-driven sales organization.

You’ll forecast, model, and analyze revenue and margins while partnering with sales, strategy, product, and finance teams. The role is fully remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, long-range planning, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting partner, sales, go-to-market, or strategy organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAC, Salesforce, or similar enterprise financial and data systems.
• Exposure to dashboarding or reporting tools, including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for partner-driven revenue streams.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Partner cross-functionally with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams.
• Support monthly close processes and reporting with accurate financial results.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose actionable mitigations.
• Produce executive-ready reporting and presentations; lead special projects.
