Job summary

Accuity Delivery Systems, LLC seeks a Lead Engineer to drive the design and delivery of key epics across the Amplifi-related products. You will lead a pod, balance hands-on development with mentoring, and ensure quality, security, and performance across the initiative.

You’ll partner with Product and Platform teams, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide the pod through end-to-end delivery in a remote, HIPAA-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and delivery of assigned epics and initiatives from requirements through production.
• Break initiatives into workable increments, sequence them realistically, surface dependencies and risks early.
• Direct the day-to-day technical work of engineers in the initiative pod without formal reporting authority.
• Personally build a meaningful share of the work.
• Ensure delivered work meets quality, security, performance, and documentation standards.
• Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership.
