Embrace Software Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer/ Architect (.NET) for the Finance Group to accelerate the online banking platform for US banks and credit unions. This is a remote position with hands-on coding and architecture ownership.

You will mentor a small agile team, ship AI-enabled features, and collaborate across Finance Group, Embrace Technology, Venture Labs, and AI Group to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building modern .NET web apps with leadership.
• Experience serving US financial institutions.
• Strong cloud, DevOps and security focus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build ASP.NET Core / C# online banking platform.
• Lead and mentor a small agile team; own delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Finance Group, Embrace Technology, Venture Labs; translate needs into robust solutions.
• Embed AI capabilities (LLMs/agentic patterns) into the platform.
• Ensure security and compliance with PCI DSS, SOC 2 and FFIEC in design.
