Job summary

Oversight is seeking an experienced hands-on Software Engineer to lead the design, development and testing of cloud platform features. You will work on complex UI and server-side components, implement new functionality, and ship high-quality software.

To succeed, translate business requirements into solid technical designs, collaborate with leads and peers, and mentor teammates while maintaining a high standard of quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack product development for software vendors.
• 3+ years building high-performing apps using Java, TypeScript, and Python.
• Strong SQL skills with Postgres; familiarity with data platforms like Databricks.
• Experience with cloud environments; AWS preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Maven, JUnit, pytest) and Git workflows.
