AAPC is seeking a hands-on lead software engineer to build and evolve customer-facing digital products, e-commerce experiences, and marketing tech. You will work closely with platform and data teams, leveraging HubSpot, Contentful, RudderStack, and CRM integrations to create a reliable, scalable marketing data foundation.

This is a remote role with responsibility for standards, mentorship, and AI-enabled tooling within the Marketing Technology team, including interim leadership as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code
• Experience designing, building, and operating production customer-facing web applications and digital products
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data contracts, and APIs
• Experience integrating marketing/CRM/CMS/CDP platforms via APIs, webhooks and events

Mansioni

• Define integration strategy and target architecture for Marketing Technology ecosystem (HubSpot, Contentful, RudderStack, CRM)
• Design, build, and operate custom services, APIs, and customer-facing applications including e-commerce and member experiences
• Build and maintain integrations, adapters, and CMS components with loose coupling and secure data contracts
• Collaborate with data/platform teams to ensure data flows into data platform with proper identifiers and consent data
• Translate SEO/AI visibility strategies into technical capabilities and metadata architectures
• Advise on build vs buy vs integrate, consolidating tools and simplifying the tech footprint
