Job summary

Action1 Corporation is seeking a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for endpoint configuration management capabilities. You will blend leadership with hands-on technical expertise to define desired configurations, apply changes safely, and maintain consistent settings across environments.

You will guide architecture and deliverables, own CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with Product Management to align customer needs with reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery/operations of production systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; able to guide architecture and problem-solve.
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience building and operating AWS services in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers with technical direction and mentoring.
• Own delivery outcomes within scope and manage capacity/priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and EVP to define priorities and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of configuration management features and baselines.
• Coordinate with product/value and core engineering teams on data sources, reporting, and access controls.
• Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying reporting services.
• Apply AI technologies where they improve development.
