Job summary

Stateside is seeking a Manager, Endpoint Engineering to lead enterprise endpoint services, ensuring secure, standardized, and automated management across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will manage a team and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service management to support a modern digital workplace.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors to deliver integrated endpoint solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in endpoint engineering or EUC roles; 1–3+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint tools and automation platforms.
• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Jamf, ITIL) beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage endpoint engineering staff and daily operations.
• Oversee endpoint builds, software packaging, patching, and zero-touch provisioning.
• Ensure endpoints meet security standards, patching and encryption requirements.
• Support execution of endpoint engineering strategy, roadmap and standards.
• Ensure ITSM alignment and drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, cybersecurity, and service teams and vendors.
