Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience, including endpoint management.
• Experience supporting federal or classified environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with Special Access Program (SAP) facilities/environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoint systems across locations.
• Develop and enforce workstation/server imaging and configuration standards.
• Supervise endpoint support staff across sites.
• Collaborate with network, security, and facility teams on integration and operations.
• Develop automation to improve consistency, security, and efficiency.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
