Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree with 6+ years of distribution engineering experience.
• Knowledge of NESC and other applicable codes and standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-25%.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Proven history of results in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the Distribution group.
• Mentor team members and manage workloads.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate task assignments to maximize staff utilization.
• Support recruiting including interviews and attendance at college career fairs.
