locations including Las Vegas, NV. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in engineering management within the energy sector and experience in utility distribution design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from ABET‑accredited school.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering Management or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and develop engineering staff; oversee technical oversight across projects.
• Provide direction to ensure QA/QC processes are followed in designs and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering Director and client teams to manage scope, budgets and timelines.

Education

ABET‑accredited Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

Master's Engineering Management or MBA (plus)
