Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in the Retail Health segment. This role leads strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products, including clinical documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters, while coordinating with the digital team to enable safe, scalable care pathways.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to collaborate on end-to-end care models and ensure safe, efficient outpatient care while reducing administrative burden for the care team.
Drive cross-functional technology teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and end-to-end execution of technology products.
Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to ensure technology investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to build seamless clinical technology pathways that reduce medical costs while enhancing patient experience and outcomes.
