CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery, guiding technology strategy for core in-clinic and virtual care products. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align clinical vision with scalable roadmaps, and optimize patient outcomes while reducing cost.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe, high-quality outpatient care with strong executive alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR experience and healthcare tech expertise.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, QI, VBC, and FFS models.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver clinical tech interventions.
• Strong analytical skills and accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Experience leading teams with empathy, optimism, and rigor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care model leaders to deliver efficient, safe outpatient care delivery.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams to execute care model strategies in Epic-based workflows.
• Translate ideas into product specifications and robust architectures.
• Ensure real-time integration of external data with Epic workflows for clinicians.
