CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation and Care Delivery within Retail Health. You will shape technology roadmaps, lead teams across Epic analytics, engineering, and data science, and partner with clinical leaders to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care.

The role emphasizes value-based care, real-time clinical insights, and end-to-end product execution to lower costs while enhancing patient experiences across CVS Health’s outpatient network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and execution for clinical documentation and care delivery products.
• Partner with CVS HCD stakeholders to define care model strategy.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams (Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers).
• Ensure investments drive improved clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
