Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will lead the technology strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products, including clinical documentation and in-clinic and virtual encounters.

You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to communicate with senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows experience and translating ops needs into Epic builds.
• Deep knowledge of Value-Based Care, FFS, and clinical operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams delivering high-scale, tech-enabled clinical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models that improve safety and reduce admin burden.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams (PMs, Epic Analysts, engineers, data scientists, designers) to deliver clinical technology roadmaps.
• Translate clinical ideas into problem statements, specs, and robust architectures; own end-to-end tech design and build.
• Ensure seamless data integrations (claims, remote monitoring) with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
