Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation and Care Delivery. You will guide technology strategy and execution across core care delivery products, including clinical documentation and in-clinic and virtual care encounters.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team—product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers—to deliver scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs, with a focus on safety and stellar patient

Qualifications

• Executive presence to communicate with senior leaders and frontline staff.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare technology and product delivery.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams in clinical settings.
• Experience translating clinical needs into scalable technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare leadership to design end‑to‑end care models that enable safe, efficient outpatient care.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to translate clinical vision into Epic/tech architectures and roadmaps.
• Drive accountability for outcomes with measurable clinical and financial impact.
• Establish shared metrics and ensure technology investments improve quality and patient experience.
