Ladders is seeking a Lead Director, Actuarial - Medicare Part D to provide strategic actuarial leadership in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will guide pricing support, financial reviews, and long-range decision making while coordinating with commercial, finance, and operations partners.

The role is remote (US-based) with a compensation range of $144,200–$288,400 annually and opportunities to influence renewals, new business, and enterprise planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of actuarial or healthcare-related analytical experience.
• ASA or FSA credential required.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to apply analytical rigor and strategic thinking to complex challenges.
• Experience influencing senior leadership discussions.
• Demonstrated project leadership and deadline management.

Responsabilidades
