Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for pricing, projections, reporting, and actuarial support for large fully-insured clients and the broader portfolio.
• Provide strategic support for the growing unbundled population, including Medicare Advantage and PDP.
• Partner with underwriting, product, sales, and account teams on large and complex new business and renewal cases.
• Collaborate with senior management on rate reviews and financial reviews for complex cases.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable business implications for stakeholders.
• Oversee studies for assumption setting, pricing model development, and related analyses.
• Identify issues affecting financial results and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Apply advanced technical skills to solve complex business problems.
• Drive project ownership, manage priorities and deadlines cross-functionally.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve capability and engagement.
