Job summary

Royper Royco LLC is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (CIAM) based in the United States to define and execute the long-term CIAM strategy across enterprise platforms. You will lead a team of Digital Product Managers and partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable customer identity experiences.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a regulated environment, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the future of secure digital

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead digital product strategy across complex platforms.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs to guide product decisions.
Strong leadership and communication in cross-functional teams.
Experience working in regulated environments and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year CIAM product strategy aligned with security objectives.
Translate strategy into roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Coach and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture.
