Qualifications

• 5+ years leading digital product strategy on complex platforms.
• 2+ years coaching and developing Product Managers.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across Engineering, Data, UX, and Business teams.
• Proven KPI-driven prioritization and decision-making.
• Experience in regulated environments with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term product strategy for digital product family.
• Translate strategy into measurable KPIs (growth, quality, adoption, efficiency).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, UX, Operations, and Business Architecture.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and platform integration.
• Share accountability for delivery health, stability, and risk compliance.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior stakeholders.
