Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms or multi-product portfolios.
• At least 2 years’ experience directly leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or equivalent cross-functional roles.
• Proven experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs (adoption, efficiency, quality, or financial metrics) to drive prioritization.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes using clearly defined KPIs related to growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability.
