Job summary

State Street is seeking a CIAM Product Delivery Manager to lead an enterprise CIAM implementation, owning scoping through go-live and adoption. This senior, client-facing role interacts with executive audiences as the primary contact for delivery across the program.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IAM/CIAM platforms, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering large-scale identity projects across multiple vendors, MFA, and SSO configurations.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM platform implementation and delivery experience.
Proven ability to manage large, complex identity projects end-to-end.
Strong stakeholder management with technical and executive audiences.
Experience with MFA, SSO, RBAC configurations and identity migrations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary delivery contact, building trusted relationships with client IT leads and vendors.
Conduct executive business reviews and translate deployment outcomes into measurable ROI.
Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering to influence platform roadmap.
Monitor adoption health, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals.
Draft and deliver regular internal communications for CIAM initiatives to senior stakeholders.
Configure CIAM components including MFA, SSO, RBAC, and JIT provisioning.
