Allstate Foundation seeks a Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within the IAM program. You will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise identity and access capabilities, partnering with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms or multiproduct portfolios.
• At least 2 years' experience directly leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders with cross-functional partnership.
• Proven experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with hands-on delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end, multi-year product strategy for a digital product family aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes using KPIs related to growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture.
• Act as the journey-level integrator, managing dependencies across teams and platforms.
• Share accountability for delivery health, platform stability, risk management, and compliance.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
