Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an enterprise Lead Data Specialist to manage the master transition inventory for the Telecommunications Service Support Team (TSST) supporting the DISA/DITCO program. You will oversee data integrity across DoD registries and multi-vendor records in a highly secure federal environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT experience, plus an active Tier 1 NACI adjudication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Must possess an active Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
• Must sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission of credentials for this contract.

Responsibilities

• Control the master transition inventory database and ensure data tracking structures are up to date and optimized for daily reporting.
• Validate GSA's Transition Inventory against multiple DoD registries to maintain exact tracking records.
• Create and enforce data-quality validation rules to isolate cross-system discrepancies.
• Investigate complex billing and asset records across multi-vendor systems.
• Coordinate database update workflows with DITCO personnel, PMO, and EIS contractors.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and cumulative status reports by agency, site, and migration phase.
• Monitor telecom line details including service types, usage, and contacts.
• Provide data analytics inputs for PMO forecasting and funding analysis.
