Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related STEM field.
• 7+ years of data science experience with a healthcare focus.
• Experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of advanced ML models with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring production integration.
• Oversee the full data science lifecycle from model conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a data science team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with business goals and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine existing models to improve predictive accuracy on healthcare datasets.
• Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
