The role leads model development and lifecycle, mentors data scientists, collaborates with senior stakeholders, and communicates findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Must have deployed Generative AI/LLM in production environments.
• Significant healthcare data experience and handling sensitive data.
• Strong ML background and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML models with Generative AI/LLMs.
• Oversee end-to-end data science lifecycle from conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with healthcare regulations and business goals.
• Refine models to improve predictive performance on healthcare data.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
