Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Statistics or related STEM field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in data science with a healthcare data focus.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced ML models, focusing on Generative AI/LLMs and their production integration.
• Oversee end-to-end data science project lifecycle from conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine models to improve predictive accuracy for healthcare datasets.
• Communicate complex analytics findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
