6 Degrees Search seeks a dynamic Lead Data Scientist to steer our advanced data science initiatives in healthcare, with a proven track record deploying Generative AI and Large Language Models in production.

You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee the full data science lifecycle from model conception to deployment and monitoring, and mentor data scientists, while communicating complex insights to executive stakeholders and ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS, statistics, or related STEM field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science with healthcare data focus.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring their integration into production systems.
• Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from model conception to deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine existing models to enhance their predictive accuracy and applicability to healthcare datasets.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
