Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Statistics or related STEM field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of data science experience with a focus on healthcare data.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs for production integration.
• Oversee the full data science lifecycle from model conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a data science team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine models to improve predictive accuracy on healthcare data.
• Communicate complex analytics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
