Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in data science with healthcare focus.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM in production.
• Strong ML techniques and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of advanced ML models with Generative AI and LLMs into production.
• Oversee end-to-end data science lifecycle from model conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate/refine models to improve predictive accuracy for healthcare data.
• Communicate complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences.
